The recipient of the invoices declares that in accordance with the Announcement of the Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland of November 9, 2018 on the publication of the uniform text of the VAT Act (Journal of Laws 2018, item 2174, as amended), he / she agrees / no. consents to the issuing and sending via e-mail by SEC Sp. z o.o. electronic invoices for the services provided. At the same time, the Recipient of invoices acknowledges and accepts that the change of the e-mail address intended for receiving electronic invoices issued by SEC Sp. z o.o. requires notification of SEC Sp. z o.o. about this fact in writing at least 7 days before the expiry of the billing period - under pain of accepting that the electronic invoice has been successfully delivered to the current address provided by the Recipient of invoices in the above statement.
