ESG knowledge competition

§1 General provisions

The organiser of the competition is Szczecińska Energetyka Cieplna, with its registered office in Szczecin, ul. Zbożowa 4, 70-653 Szczecin, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”.
The competition is conducted on the website sec.com.pl/fcp, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”.
The competition runs from 4:00 p.m. on 15.09. (Sunday) until 3:00 p.m. on 16.09. (Monday).

§2. Rules of participation

A participant in the competition may be any natural person who:

a. Is at least 18 years of age.
b. Has full legal capacity.
c. Is a participant of the Polish District Heating Forum in Międzyzdroje in 2024, hereinafter referred to as the “Forum”.

To take part in the competition, a participant must answer 6 quiz questions available on the website sec.com.pl/fcp, each of which has one correct answer.
Each participant may take part in the quiz only once.
Employees of the Organiser and their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.

§3. Rules for selecting winners

From among the participants who score the highest number of points, the system will automatically draw three winners.
The winners will be announced and the prizes awarded during the SEC discussion panel (Monday, 16 September, 4:00 p.m.), Marco Polo Hall (Vienna House Amber Baltic Hotel).

§4. Prizes

he prizes in the competition are: a Puccini travel backpack, a JBL Go 3 red portable speaker (4.2 W), and a Contigo thermal mug.
The prizes are not exchangeable for cash or for other products.
The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prizes with others of similar value in the event that the original prizes are unavailable.

§5. Personal data protection

By entering the competition, the participant consents to the processing of their personal data by the Organiser for the purpose of conducting the competition and awarding prizes.
Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the Website.

§6. Final provisions

The Rules are available on the Website throughout the entire duration of the competition.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Rules and will inform participants of any changes on the Website.
In matters not regulated by these Rules, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
