§ 2 Processing purposes and grounds
Your personal data is processed on the ground of provisions of law - in particular Art. 6, part, 1 letter a -f of the General Data Protection Regulation, concluded contracts and on the basis of consents given to:
conclude and implement contract to use our services on the basis of your interest into our services,
marketing and promotion of services offered by SEC,
evaluation of customers’ satisfaction and establishment quality of our service, what is our legitimate interest,
enforcement of receivables, what is our legitimate interest,
possible court disputes, including establishment, enforcement or protection against claims, what is our legitimate interest,
archive (evidential) for securing information in case of legal needs to present facts, what is our legitimate interest,
fulfil legal obligations, e.g. duty to issue invoice or other document required by the law.
In other cases, your personal data is processed exclusively under your earlier consent and within the scope and for the purpose described in the consent.
§ 3 Category of data under process
In order to provide services we process the following data:
conclusion and implementation of contract to use our services on the basis of your interest into our services,
data necessary to conclude, implement and terminate contracts concluded with SEC, i.a. name and surname, contact details, data of the premises which the contract applies to,
record of image - data recorded in the SEC seat connected with protection of the property,
audio data - data connected with recording conversations between the SEC employees and the customers calling SEC.
§ 4 Data collectors
Personal data can be transferred to entities which require such data to implement the contract - those are, among others, entities belonging to our capital group, entities providing IT services for the benefit of the service provider, services vesting at liabilities enforcement resulting out of the contract, and in terms of invoice issuance and delivery. Collectors of your personal data will also be state authorities, in terms of task implementation.
§ 5 Data transmission to third countries or international organisations
Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
§ 6 The period of data transmission (period within which your personal data will be stored, and if it is not possible, criteria of the period establishment):
with regard to contract you concluded, for the period until termination of the obligation and after that period for the period required by the provisions of law or to secure possible claims, and in case you gave consent for your personal data to be processed after termination of the contract for archive purposes, until the consent is withdrawn,
for the purpose of marketing and promotion services, for the period until withdrawal of your consent to process your personal data,
for the purpose of customer satisfaction survey and establishment of the service quality, for the period of contract validation,
for the purpose of liabilities enforcement - for the period of five (5) years after termination of the contract,
for the purpose of court disputes, for the purpose of ten (10) years from the day legal judgement finishing the proceedings is issued.
§ 7 Rights related to Personal Data
You have the right to access content of your data, rectify it, limit its process, right to transfer the data, right to file an objection against processing your personal data, right to withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the processing rights (if the data is processed upon consent), which were established on the basis of the consent before it was withdrawn. Should you find, your data is processed with validation of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority, competent for the cases of data protection
§ 8 Information on the requirement/voluntariness of data provision
You give your personal data voluntarily. Should you decide not to transfer your data, it will make implementation and conclusion of the contract impossible.
§ 9 Automated processing and profiling
Your data will not be processed in an automated way, inducing profiling.
