FPK, a “Customer Friendly Company”

The FPK Certificate (for Polish “Firma Przyjazna Klientowi” – which literally means a “customer-friendly company”) is the only award of its kind based on an independent customer satisfaction research.
The research covers four areas:

  • Customers’ satisfaction with their relationship with the company,
  • Evaluation of contacts with the company,
  • Evaluation of overall customer satisfaction,
  • Customer’s readiness to recommend the company.
