As a socially responsible Group, we ensure that our activities are not only compliant with the law but also aligned with the principles of fair business conduct. We seek to cooperate with entities that are not only aware of the principles and values upheld by the SEC Group, but that also conduct their own business activities in an ethical and lawful manner. From our current and future suppliers, we expect attitudes consistent with the provisions of the Supplier Code of Conduct: download file.

If you have information about conduct that is inconsistent with the Code of Ethics, you may report it directly to the Compliance Officer / Representative for the Code of Ethics at compliance@eon-edisenergia.pl.

If you wish to remain anonymous, you may call the hotline for reporting any kind of misconduct or irregularities at +48 22 152 33 61. When using this method, you will be required to provide the access code: 1838. You may also submit a report via the secure website https://www.eon.com/en/about-us/compliance/whistleblower/polski.html.

Both of the above anonymous communication channels of the E.ON Group, which includes the SEC Group, are available 24 hours a day, also in Polish.
