Connection of the Dąbska District Heating Plant and the Gierczak District Heating Plant in Szczecin

Project objectives:
- optimisation of heat generation and supply from CR Dąbska,
- heating of areas of the city that currently have no access to district heating.
Benefits of the Project:
- decommissioning of the less efficient “Gierczak” heating plant and taking over its tasks by CR “Dąbska”,
- reduction of heat prices in the area of operation of CR “Gierczak” at the level of 15%.
Scope of tasks completed:
- laying of a 1.4 km long interconnecting system heat pipeline,
- construction of a pipeline to supply heat to newly constructed residential and commercial buildings.
