Intelligent management of heat consumption
How does the Smartheat system work?
In a two-year pilot project, we proposed a solution to balance the building’s heating system. Smartheat works by installing an intelligent system on the heating nodes and sensors in the flats. The sensors send information about the temperature in the flat to the system, which optimises the thermal efficiency. The result: consistent efficiency and more comfortable living conditions. At the end of the two-year pilot, the system will be a new SEC product.
Energy savings and cleaner air
We predict that the operation of the system will achieve savings in the heat consumption of the building, with unchanged thermal comfort in the units.
Sensors installed in the flats allow us to know the thermodynamic behaviour of the building. The heating is always optimised regardless of changes in the weather and the properties of the building, which change with age. Together with proactive control, the system ensures consistent energy efficiency in all multi-family buildings. This balances energy consumption and reduces CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, contributing to a greener world.
Installation
We install the sensor on the wall in your premises using special tape that does not damage the wall surface. Installation takes less than 10 minutes. Our service technicians select the optimal location in your home that meets the conditions for maintaining an appropriate distance from:
- heat-generating appliances,
- bathrooms,
- places of direct sunlight and sources of draught,
The sensor is powered by a battery that will not need replacing during the test period.
