Project objectives:

  • modernization of district heating infrastructure to ensure failure-free operation of the district heating system,
  • improving the profitability of the operation of the district heating system,
  • reduction and stabilisation of prices for end users,

Benefits of the Project:

  • reducing system heat transmission losses,
  • reduction of system heat production costs,
  • reduction of domestic hot water heating costs,
  • increase in sales of system heat,
  • increase in efficiency of District Heating Plant,
  • reduction of electricity purchase costs,
  • shortening the reading time of heat meters.

Scope of tasks completed:

  • construction of new connections to housing estates and public facilities from pre-insulated pipes with a total length of over 950 m,
  • construction of 15 individual, compact, dual-function heat substations,
  • modernisation of district heating plant,
  • construction of an energy connection to the District Heating Plant building,
  • purchase and installation of metering systems,
  • purchase of equipment for reading heat meters via radio,
